أثر تطبيق للإرشاد الأكاديمي قائم على التلعيب في تحسين الانخراط بالمهمات الإرشادية لدى طلاب التعليم العالي

الاعتماد على التطبيقات النقالة في إدارة عمليات الإرشاد الأكاديمي والتعليمي له دور فاعل في تحسين بيئة الإرشاد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. ظهور التلعيب كتقنية يمكن دمجها في عديد من التطبيقات الرقمية أدى إلى إعادة النظر في كيفية تصميم التطبيقات بحيث تكون أكثر قدرة وفاعلية على تعزيز انخراط المستخدمين في هذه التطبيقات. وعلى ذلك، يأتي البحث الحالي ليفحص أثر استخدام تطبيق للإرشاد الأكاديمي قائم على التلعيب في تحسين الانخراط بالمهمات الإرشادية لدى طلاب التعليم العالي. تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي للمقارنة بين المجموعة التجريبية الأولى التي استخدمت تطبيق الإرشاد الأكاديمي والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية التي استخدمت نفس التطبيق بدون تفعيل نظام التلعيب. تكونت عينة البحث من (60) طالبة تم توزيعهم عشوائيًا على مجموعتي البحث. تم تطوير مقياس للانخراط في المهمات الإرشادية تكون من ثلاثة محاور، وهي الانخراط السلوكي، والانخراط المعرفي، والانخراط الانفعالي وبإجمالي (24) مفردة. أظهرت النتائج أفضلية المجموعة التجريبية الأولى التي استخدمت تطبيق الإرشاد الأكاديمي القائم على التلعيب في تحسين مؤشرات الانخراط في المهمات الإرشادية. أوصى البحث بضرورة التوسع في استخدام التلعيب في بيئات الإرشاد الأكاديمي لتحسين بيئة الإرشاد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. كذلك أوصى البحث بضرورة تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على استخدام محفزات التلعيب في إدارة عمليات الإرشاد الأكاديمي.
