الملخص

الأهداف: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف درجة امتلاك الطلبة الجامعيين من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الجامعة للمرونة والصلابة النفسية.

المنهجية: وظف المنهج الوصفي، وأداة الاستبانة التي اشتملت على (29) فقرة، موزعة على محورين: المحور الأول: المرونة النفسية واشتمل على (10) فقرات، أما المحور الثاني: الصلابة النفسية فاشتمل على (19) فقرة لعينة بلغت (69) من طلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن درجة امتلاك الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الجامعة للمرونة والصلابة النفسية بشكل عام كان متوسطاً، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.42)، وجاءت الفقرات في الدرجتين المرتفعة والمتوسطة للمرونة والصلابة النفسية. كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة امتلاك الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للمرونة والصلابة النفسية تبعاً لمتغيرات: الجنس، ونوع الإعاقة، بينما الفرق كان دالاً احصائياً لمتغير الكلية وكان لصالح كلية الآداب والعلوم التربوية عند مقارنة متوسطه مع المتوسط الحسابي لكلية الأعمال فقط.

الخلاصة: لوحظ بأن امتلاك الطلبة الجامعيون من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للمرونة والصلابة النفسية بشكل عام كان متوسطاً.
