الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين الذكاء العاطفي والتحصيل الأكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعات الأكاديمي، ومعرفة الدور الوسيط للرفاهية النفسية بينهما، بالإضافة إلى معرفة الدور المعدّل للاندماج الأكاديمي السلوكي في العلاقة بين الرفاهية النفسية والتحيل الأكاديمي.

واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الكمي الوصفي الارتباطي، لتحليل العلاقات في نموذج الدراسة، وقد تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة تم تصميمها بالاعتماد على الدراسات السابقة مكوّنة من (673) طالبًا وطالبة من الجامعات الفلسطينية ، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية (PLS-SEM).

توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي مباشر للذكاء العاطفي على التحصيل الأكاديمي والرفاهية النفسية، بالإضافة إلى دور وسيط للرفاهية النفسية ودور معدّل إيجابي للاندماج الأكاديمي السلوكي في العلاقة بين الرفاهية النفسية والتحصيل الأكاديمي..

وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن زيادة   التحصيل الأكاديمي لدى طلبة الجامعات يمكن تحقيقه بشكل أفضل من خلال تنمية الموارد الانفعالية والنفسية، إضافة إلى تعزيز الاندماج الأكاديمي السلوكي. وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات أهمها العمل على تنمية ودعم الذكاء العاطفي والرفاهية النفسية ودمجهما ضمن المساقات والممارسات الجامعية، والانتقال إلى نماذج تعليمية تكاملية تدمج الجوانب النفسية والسلوكية ، الأمر الذي يسهم بشكل كبير في تعزيز التحصيل الأكاديمي لطلبة الجامعات.
