الملخص

تؤدي المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دوراً محورياً في الاقتصاد الموريتاني، حيث تمثل محركاً مهماً لعجلة النمو ومصدراً رئيسياً لتوفير فرص العمل، ومع ذلك تواجه هذه المؤسسات نقص التمويل. ولذا، سعت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير كل من خصائص المؤسسة الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومسيرها في الحصول على التمويل المصرفي في موريتانيا. وتم الاعتماد على أسلوب تحليل الانحدار اللوجستي الثنائي، من خلال عينة شملت 155 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن العوامل المؤثرة في الحصول على التمويل المصرفي تتضمن قطاع نشاط المؤسسة وحجمها، إضافة إلى كل من الخبرة المهنية والمستوى التعليمي للمسير.
