محددات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في المملكة العربية السعودية تحليل قياسي باستخدام نموذج QARDL للفترة (١٩٨٥-٢٠٢٤)

تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر المحددات الاقتصادية على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في المملكة العربية السعودية خلال الفترة (1985–2024)، باستخدام منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الموزعة الكمي (QARDL) التي طورها Cho et al (2015) للكشف عن العلاقات غير الخطية وغير المتماثلة عبر كميات مختلفة من توزيع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر. واعتمدت الدراسة على بيانات سنوية لخمسة متغيرات مستقلة وهي: الانفتاح التجاري ومعدل نمو دخل الفرد ومؤشر رأس المال البشري والإيرادات النفطية ومعدل التضخم. وأظهرت النتائج وجود تكامل كمي مشترك بين المتغيرات ورفضت فرضية التماثل ما يؤكد على أن تأثير المحددات الاقتصادية يختلف باختلاف مستويات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر (منخفض، متوسط، مرتفع).
كما توصلت الدراسة إلى التأثير الإيجابي والمعنوي للانفتاح التجاري ومعدل نمو دخل الفرد ورأس المال البشري في الأجلين القصير والطويل عبر جميع الكميات مع تسجيل رأس المال البشري التأثير الإيجابي الأكبر، في حين جاء أثر الإيرادات النفطية سلبياً ومعنوياً بما يدعم فرضية لعنة الموارد. أما التضخم فأظهر علاقة سلبية في المستويات المرتفعة للاستثمار، مع تحول إيجابي محدود في مستويات الاستثمار المنخفضة. وكشفت اختبارات السببية الكمية غير التماثلية بوجود علاقات سببية معنوية تختلف باختلاف حجم الصدمة ومستوى الكمية. وتقدم هذه النتائج لصناع القرار الرؤى لإبراز المملكة كوجهه استثمارية في سياق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تسريع مسار التنويع الاقتصادي وتعزيز كفاءة رأس المال البشري وعدم الاعتماد الكبير على النفط.
