مستقبل الصحة الإلكترونية في وزارة الصحة السعودية: رؤية تحليلية لدورها في تحقيق أهداف التحول الوطني

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور الصحة الإلكترونية في وزارة الصحة السعودية وكيفية مساهمتها في تحقيق أهداف التحول الوطني، مع التركيز على جودة الرعاية الصحية، التوافق مع رؤية 2030، وتمكين التحول الرقمي. تم اعتماد المنهجية الكمية في هذه الدراسة، حيث تم جمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 160 مشاركًا. أظهرت النتائج أن الصحة الإلكترونية تساهم بشكل ملحوظ في تحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية، لكن العلاقة بين الصحة الإلكترونية وأهداف رؤية 2030 والتحول الرقمي بحاجة إلى تعزيز. كما بينت نتائج تحليل التباين والأدوات الإحصائية الأخرى أن هناك حاجة لزيادة التكامل بين الصحة الإلكترونية وأهداف التحول الوطني من خلال تحسين البنية التحتية الرقمية، تدريب الكوادر الصحية، وتطوير السياسات الصحية الرقمية. بناءً على ذلك، تم تقديم عدة توصيات، أهمها تعزيز التكامل بين الصحة الإلكترونية ورؤية 2030، تحسين البنية التحتية الرقمية، وتحفيز الابتكار في التكنولوجيا الصحية.
