أثر تمويل عجز الموازنة العامة بالدين العام في السياسة النقدية للعراق للمدة (2008-2024)

يهدف البحث إلى تحليل أثر تمويل عجز الموازنة العامة من خلال الاقتراض الخارجي على السياسة النقدية في العراق للمدة (2008-2024)، يعتمد البحث على منهجية تحليلية شاملة تجمع بين دراسة البيانات الاقتصادية الرسمية (مثل عجز الموازنة، الدين العام، مؤشرات السيولة، أسعار الفائدة والتضخم، سعر الصرف، احتياطيات النقد الأجنبي والعملات المصدرة)، يبدأ البحث بتوضيح مفهوم الموازنة العامة ومشكلة العجز الناتج عن زيادة النفقات على الإيرادات، كما يستعرض مصادر تمويل هذا العجز، ومن خلال دراسة شاملة للفترة، أظهر البحث أن التقلبات في عجز الموازنة والدين العام للدولة ترتبط ارتباطًا وثيقًا بتقلبات مؤشرات السياسة النقدية، مما يسلط الضوء على التأثير المباشر وغير المباشر للسياسة المالية على الأداء النقدي والاقتصادي الإجمالي.
