أثر حوكمة الملف الإلكتروني للمريض على أداء وفاعلية شركات التأمين الصحي في المملكة العربية السعودية

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر حوكمة الملف الإلكتروني للمريض على مستوى الأداء والفاعلية المؤسسية لشركات التأمين الصحي في المملكة العربية السعودية. استندت الدراسة في بنائها النظري إلى نظرية حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ونظرية الموارد والكفاءات، وإطار DAMA-DMBOK للحوكمة، واعتمدت المنهج الكمي الوصفي الارتباطي. جُمعت البيانات من (51) مستجيباً من موظفي شركات التأمين الصحي وأقسام التأمين في المستشفيات السعودية عبر استبانة إلكترونية مكوّنة من (20) فقرة بمقياس ليكرت الخماسي وُزِّعت عبر منصة Google Forms، وحُلِّلت البيانات ببرنامج SPSS الإصدار 26 بتوظيف: معامل ألفا كرونباخ، والإحصاء الوصفي، وارتباط بيرسون، والانحدار الخطي البسيط.
أثبتت النتائج أن حوكمة الملف الإلكتروني للمريض تُفسِّر (26.6%) من التباين في مستوى الأداء والفاعلية المؤسسية (R² = 0.266، β = 0.515، F = 17.719، p = 0.000)، وهو أثر موجب وذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05). كما كشف تحليل الارتباط عن ارتباطات موجبة بين الأبعاد الخمسة للحوكمة ومؤشرات الأداء المؤسسي تراوحت بين المتوسطة والقوية (r = 0.288–0.559، p < 0.05).
