تحليل السلوك البيئي لإدارة المخلفات الإلكترونية في بعض المدن السعودية: دراسة ميدانية استكشافية في ضوء الاقتصاد الدائري

تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية الاستكشافية إلى تحليل السلوك البيئي للأفراد تجاه إدارة المخلفات الإلكترونية في بعض المدن السعودية في ضوء الاقتصاد الدائري. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المستند إلى نظرية السلوك المخطط، من خلال استبانة إلكترونية وُزِّعت على عينة ميسَّرة بلغت (68) مشاركاً، وحُلِّلت البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS عبر الإحصاء الوصفي واختبار كاي تربيع ومعامل ارتباط سبيرمان. أظهرت النتائج أن 54.4% من المشاركين يخزّنون الأجهزة القديمة في المنزل، وأن 7.4% فقط يسلّمونها لجهات تدوير معتمدة، في حين لا يعرف 86.8% مواقع نقاط التجميع الرسمية. كما ظهرت علاقات ذات دلالة بين المعرفة المكانية وسلوك التخلص (p = 0.002)، وبين الوعي بالمخاطر والاستعداد للتسليم (p = 0.009)، وبين الحوافز المالية ورفع الاستعداد للتسليم (p = 0.031). وتوصي الدراسة بإدراج خرائط نقاط التجميع في التطبيقات الحكومية، وتوسيع نقاط التجميع الثابتة والمتنقلة، وتعزيز حملات التوعية الموجهة، وتفعيل برامج استرجاع قائمة على الحوافز. وتقترح الدراسة إطاراً تفسيرياً ثلاثي الأبعاد يجمع بين البنية المؤسسية والبنية المكانية والبنية السلوكية، مع التأكيد على أن النتائج ذات طابع استكشافي وتحتاج إلى اختبار لاحق بعينات أكبر وأكثر تمثيلاً.
