تعزيز رشاقة وأداء سلسلة التوريد من خلال المشتريات الإلكترونية: دراسة للقطاع الصناعيّ الفلسطينيّ

الهدف: هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف التأثير المباشر للشراء الإلكتروني على رشاقة وأداء سلسلة التوريد في القطاع الصناعيّ الفلسطينيّ.
المنهجية: تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية للدراسة، وقد احتوت على جملة من الأسئلة، لقياس متغيرات الدراسة، تم تصميمها بالاعتماد على الدراسات السابقة. وقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة من 288 مفردة من أصحاب الشركات في القطاع الصناعيّ الفلسطينيّ، ومدرائها وأصحاب القرار فيها، وتم صياغة عدد من الفرضيات وفحصها باستخدام نموذج المعادلة الهيكلية (Structural Equation Modeling (SEM، باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SmartPls4.
النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي للشراء الإلكتروني بأبعاده مجتمعة (التصميم الإلكتروني، والمصادر الإلكترونية، والتفاوض الإلكتروني، والتقييم الإلكتروني) على رشاقة سلسلة التوريد. أما نتائج تأثير أبعاد الشراء الإلكتروني الفردية فقد وجدت الدراسة تأثيراً معنوياً إيجابياً لكل الأبعاد باستثناء بُعد التفاوض الإلكتروني على رشاقة سلسلة التوريد. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي لكل من الشراء الإلكتروني ورشاقة سلسلة التوريد على أدائها.
الخلاصة: يعتبر الشراء الإلكتروني أداة مهمة في تعزيز رشاقة سلسلة التوريد في القطاع الصناعي، وعاملا مهما في تحسين أداء هذه السلسلة.
