The International Journal of Legal Research and Studies (IJLRS) publishes research written in both Arabic and English. It cooperates with editors and reviewers from many universities around the world in various disciplines. The researcher should follow the journal template (as much as possible), so that the format and content of the submitted research comply with the following requirements:
- The research must meet the following formatting requirements:
- For page margins:
The right and left margins should be 0.9
The top margin should be 1.8
and the bottom margin should be 1.2 - The font type throughout the research should be Time New Roman
- The Arabic research title should be font size 18, Bold, and in English 16, Bold, with spacing after it set to 12
- The researcher’s name should be font size 14, Bold, and the researcher’s identification details and email should be font size 12, with spacing after the email set to 12
- The line spacing throughout the text should be 1 or single
- The spacing between paragraphs should be 6 before
- Main headings should be font size 14, Bold; subheadings 12, Bold; and the rest of the text and reference list should be font size 12
- Figure captions should be below the figure and font size 10
- Table captions should be above the table and font size 10, and the text inside the table should be font size 10
- Figures, illustrations, photographs, and maps should be clear and easy to read.
- Pages of the research, including figures, appendices, tables, and footnotes, should be numbered consecutively from the first page to the last page.
- The number of pages of the research, including figures, illustrations, and appendices, should not exceed (40) pages, except in cases deemed necessary by the editorial board.
- For reference citation, the journal adopts the American Psychological Association (APA) system, which is widely used in academic publishing across universities and research centers, or any other reference system such as (Harvard), provided that the reference formatting style is unified throughout the research.
- For page margins:
- The sections that should be covered in submitted scientific papers
- Some papers may include the following sections:
Introduction, significance of the study, research problem, research objectives, research questions, research hypotheses, study limitations, study methodology, previous studies, study instrument and procedures followed in the study, results, study recommendations, and the list of references or sources. - The sections of the paper may differ from one paper to another, depending on the topic and type of the research.

The researcher should try to comply with these conditions as much as possible, noting that the journal has a specialized team that reviews formatting errors and corrects them without affecting the content, and achieves the final formatting without any additional financial charges.
