The aim of the research was to identify the strength of the muscles of the two legs and the level of motor compatibility in athletes with anterior cruciate ligament rupture. The design of proposed exercises using rubber ropes for athletes with anterior cruciate ligament rupture. To reveal the differences between the pre-and post-tests in the strength of the muscles of the two legs and motor compatibility in athletes with anterior cruciate ligament rupture. The researchers used the experimental method for its convenience and the nature of the research problem, the research community consisted of athletes with anterior cruciate ligament rupture, numbering (11) athletes selected randomly, and (5) athletes were used as an experimental group, A number of athletes were also excluded because they were used as a sample for conducting an exploratory experiment (for strength tests of the muscles of the legs, for motor compatibility tests, and for qualifying exercises), and the program consisted of (24) qualifying sessions and for two months (3) sessions per week, The pre-and post-test of the sample was conducted to find out the effect of the independent variable in improving the strengthening of the muscles of the legs and improving motor compatibility among the members of the research sample, and the researcher used the statistical program (SPSS) to extract the research results. The researchers concluded that athletes with anterior cruciate ligament rupture have weak muscles of both legs and poor motor coordination. The exercises designed by the researchers have proven to have a positive effect on strengthening the muscles of the legs and improving motor coordination in athletes with cruciate ligament rupture. The experimental group that used exercises designed using rubber ropes showed a significant improvement in increasing the strength of the muscles of the legs and improving motor compatibility in athletes with cruciate ligament rupture. The researchers recommended the adoption of the exercises they designed in the rehabilitation programs, to rehabilitate athletes with cruciate ligament rupture. To complement this study, similar studies were conducted for other age groups and for other sports, whether individual or group.
