Abstract

The objective of this work is to study the effect of dust and temperature on PV panels. These panels are significantly influenced by environmental conditions, most notably surface dust accumulation and weather temperature. While PV panels require sunlight to generate electricity, the particulate and heat matter that often accompany high-irradiance environments act as primary stressors that degrade power output. Practical measurements have been adopted in this dusty. The results showed the effect of dust and weather temperature on the electrical parameters of the PV panel. Finally, it has been concluded that the clean PV panel gave a higher amount of power than the dusty one, at the same temperature; also, weather temperature (23°C) gave more power as compared with (27°C) for both clean and dusty panels.
