Publication Steps

The International Journal of Scientific Research (IJSR) is committed to maintaining high standards through peer reviewing alongside the applicable ethical policies. Any violations of professional ethics, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, and false authorship claims, affect the editors' decision regarding the publication of a research paper.

There are no restrictions on the type of research that can be published in the International Journal of Scientific Research (IJSR), as the journal adopts a broad publication policy to provide the opportunity for all types of research to be published. Accordingly, research may be of the following types: literature review, improvement of an existing methodology, innovation of a new methodology, practical framework, case study, comparative study, analytical study, applied study, etc.

Recognizing the importance of time for all researchers, the International Journal of Scientific Research (IJSR) collaborates with a distinguished team of editors and peer reviewers who possess the necessary expertise, technical skills, and tools to accelerate the review and publication process as much as possible. This process typically takes between one week and three weeks at most.

The International Journal of Scientific Research (IJSR) follows the steps below:

  1. The research must be submitted as a Word file by one of the researchers (authors) via the journal's email address: [email protected]
  2. The researcher must attach to the email a signed and manually completed copy of the Researcher Pledge Form in order for the peer review procedures to commence. (To obtain the Researcher Pledge Form … Click Here)
  3. The editor will notify the researcher of receipt of the paper. Submissions from anyone other than one of the authors will not be accepted.
  4. Upon receipt of the research, the editor verifies that it conforms to the journal's template format, that all research elements are complete, that it falls within the journal's scope of specializations, and that it is free from plagiarism, in order to make an initial acceptance or rejection decision.
  5. In the event of preliminary acceptance of the paper by the editorial office, the editor will notify the researcher accordingly.
  6. Two reviewers are then assigned to begin the review process under a Double-Blind Peer Review system, whereby the reviewers are not informed of the name or names of the researcher(s).
  7. Acceptance is granted when both reviewers' recommendations are positive.
  8. If the reviewers have comments, the author is required to make revisions and submit a revised version for re-evaluation.
  9. Publication fees are then settled upon final acceptance of the research for publication, after which an acceptance certificate for the research publication is issued.
  10. Publication of the research in the upcoming journal issue.
