Publication Terms and Fees

Publication Steps

The International Journal of Educational Sciences and Arts (IJESA) is committed to maintaining high standards through peer reviewing alongside the adopted ethical policies. Any violations of professional ethics, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, and false authorship claims, affect the editors’ decision regarding the publication of the research.

There are no restrictions on the type of research that can be published in the International Journal of Educational Sciences and Arts (IJESA), as the journal adopts an expanded publication policy to provide an opportunity for all types of research to be published. Accordingly, research may be of the following types: literature review, improvement of an existing methodology, innovation of a new methodology, practical framework, case study, comparative study, analytical study, applied study, etc.

Given the importance of time for all researchers, the International Journal of Educational Sciences and Arts (IJESA) collaborates with a group of distinguished editors and peer reviewers who have sufficient expertise, technical skills, and tools to accelerate the review and publication process as much as possible. This process often takes from one to three weeks at most.

The International Journal of Educational Sciences and Arts (IJESA) follows the following steps:

  1. The research must be submitted as a Word file by one of the researchers (authors) via the journal’s email [email protected]
  2. The researcher must attach to the email a copy of the researcher declaration form after filling it out manually and signing it in order to begin the peer review procedures. (To obtain the researcher declaration form … click here)
  3. The editor informs the researcher of receipt of the paper. Submissions will not be accepted from anyone other than one of the authors.
  4. Upon receiving the paper, the editor verifies that the paper conforms to the journal template format, that all research components are complete, that it falls within the journal’s scope, and that there is no plagiarism, in order to make a preliminary decision of acceptance or rejection.
  5. In the case of preliminary acceptance of the paper by the editorial office, the editor informs the researcher.
  6. Then two reviewers are assigned to begin the review process according to a Double-Blind Peer Review system, so that the reviewers do not know the name of the researcher or the names of the researchers.
  7. Acceptance is granted when both reviewers provide positive recommendations.
  8. If reviewers provide comments, the author must make the revisions and submit a revised version for reevaluation.
  9. Then the publication fee is paid, in the event of final acceptance for publication. After that, a certificate of acceptance for publication is issued.
  10. The paper is published in the upcoming issue of the journal.
