Publication Terms and Fees

Publication Steps

The International Journal of Financial, Administrative and Economic Sciences (IJFAES) is committed to maintaining high standards through peer reviewing alongside the adopted ethical policies. Any violations of professional ethical rules, such as plagiarism, fraudulent use of data, and false authorship claims, affect the editors' decision regarding the publication of the research.

There are no restrictions on the type of research that can be published in the International Journal of Financial, Administrative and Economic Sciences (IJFAES), as the journal adopts an expansive publication policy to provide the opportunity for all types of research to be published. Thus, research may be of the following types: literature review, improvement of an existing methodology, innovation of a new methodology, a practical framework, case study, comparative study, analytical study, applied study, etc.

Given the importance of time for all researchers, IJFAES cooperates with a group of distinguished editors and peer reviewers who have sufficient experience, technical skills, and tools to accelerate the review and publication process as much as possible. Often this process takes from one week up to 3 weeks at most.

IJFAES follows the following steps:

  1. The research must be submitted as a Word file by one of the researchers (authors) via the journal's email [email protected]
  2. The researcher must attach to the email a scan/photo of the researcher's declaration form after filling it out by hand and signing it so that the peer-review procedures can begin. (To obtain the researcher's declaration form … Click here)
  3. The editor informs the researcher of receipt of the research. Requests submitted by anyone other than one of the authors will not be accepted.
  4. Upon receipt of the research, the editor checks conformity with the journal's template format, completeness of the research elements, that it falls within the journal's specialties, and the absence of plagiarism to make a preliminary decision to accept or reject.
  5. In case of preliminary acceptance of the paper by the editorial office, the editor informs the researcher.
  6. Two reviewers are then assigned to begin the review process under a double-blind peer review system so that reviewers do not see the name(s) of the researcher(s).
  7. Acceptance is granted when the recommendations of both reviewers are positive.
  8. If there are reviewers' comments, the author must make the revisions and submit a revised version for re-evaluation.
  9. Then publication fees are collected in case of final acceptance for publication. After that, a certificate of acceptance for publication is issued.
  10. The research is published in the next issue of the journal.
